The Process

Is this your first time working with a designer?

No problem. Here’s what to expect.

Step One: The Creative Brief

We’ll get together, usually by phone or email, and you’ll be asked a series of simple questions such as “What does your business name mean?” and “Tell me about your competition.” These answers will help to formulate an effective design.

Step Two: Looks Are Everything

You’ll share your existing brand or we’ll discuss what you’re expecting by looking at design together. You’ll receive a custom cost estimate at this time. Half of the payment will be expected prior to start of the project. For an idea of what things cost, visit the menu.

Step Three: Waiting

The input (collected from Step One and Two) will go through a top-secret creative process. The timeline for this depends on the project’s scope and any deadlines we’re aiming to meet.

Step Four: Presentation Day

Better than Christmas. You’ll see the fruits of labor and have a chance to comment. If necessary, we’ll revise (for a fee).

Step Five: The End

You’ll make your final payment, then receive the goods. Easier than eating your vegetables!
